For your own peace of mind it is wise to make sure that the osteopath you choose is appropriately trained and qualified. In Britain all practising osteopaths must register with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Registration can be checked through the GOsC website.
Being registered is a proof that the osteopath is professionally qualified to GOsC standards, fulfils the GOsC requirement to remain up to date through regular training (continuing professional development) and has full insurance indemnity.
Jerry, Patricia and Hannah are all registered with the GOsC and have undertaken continuing professional development in a number of areas, including in pain management, rehabilitation, nerve pain management; sports injuries and babies and children management.
Jerry also teaches osteopathy and has a professional doctorate.
Jerry and Patricia are member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
