If you are unhappy about any aspect of your consultation or treatment, please feel free to raise your concerns with us, and we will do our best to deal with them. You can do this in person (often the best), by phone, by letter or by email (jerryrodi@gmail.com and/or psadler.osteopathy@gmail.com and/or hannahvassallo@googlemail.com). We will endeavour to establish what went wrong, provide you with an explanation and see if we can do something to improve matters.
